Bobby Rust, former chef de cuisine at Ron Gastrobar and known from Dutch tv show ‘De Nieuwe Garde’, is REM’s chef. His style of cooking can be seen as pure, experimental and accessible, without much fuss. Less is more.

At the restaurant, guests can choose a la carte but can also choose to be surprised by our chef’s menu with four, five or six courses. The bar and roof terrace are great spots to enjoy some surprising bites or lunch. The bites menu has a strong focus on comfort food. REM’s goal is always to excite and surprise guests; and offer them a unique experience that draws them back in time and time again
