Job description:
- Leading and directing your team, you are a true team player;

- Manage, guide and support the team;

- You work closely with the bar manager.
- Further developing the cocktail menu that matches the concept, showing initiative in making your own creations by, for example, using your own scrubs, infused spirits and syrups;
- Assertiveness regarding facility tasks;

- All-inclusive bar duties and service when required;
- Manage/train staff;
- Optimize financial aspects of gross margins and staffing;
- Creative and systematic optimization of organization;
